## Overview
The **Accounts **module allows you to create and **manage **administrative profiles for Dashboard **access**. It is designed to give you full **control **over your team **members**, allowing you to invite new users, assign specific operational roles, and monitor their last login activity.

**How it works: **You create an account by **providing **the user details and selecting a predefined **role**. The assigned role strictly defines what **menus **the user can see and what **configurations **they can modify, ensuring a secure delegation of **tasks**.

## Interface Overview
The **interface **features top controls for **filtering **and account creation, followed by a detailed list of all registered **administrators**.
### Top Controls
Use these tools to **manage **your list and add new team **members**.

## List View
The main table displays all active **accounts **and their current **status**.

| **Full name** | Displays the profile **initials **and the registered **name **of the **administrator**. |
| **Role** | Shows the current **permission **level **assigned **to the user, highlighting their **access **rights. |
| **Last login** | Indicates the exact **date **the user last successfully **authenticated **and accessed the **dashboard**. |
| **Actions** | Click the **pencil **icon to **edit **the account details or the trash bin icon to permanently **delete **the user profile. |
## Configuration & Logic
### Role-Based Access Control
Assigning the correct **role **is fundamental for network **security**, by utilizing the principle of **least privilege**, you can ensure that team members only have the **access **they strictly need. You can assign a **Policy Manager** role to staff who only need to adjust **filtering **rules, while reserving **Full Control** for top-level system administrators.
## Initialize Creation
To register a **new administrativ**e user for your dashboard, click the blue `+ Add account` button located in the top right corner of the table. A **configuration **panel will open.
