Once the account is **created**, the system will manage the onboarding by **sending **an email to the new user. | ### Interface Element | ### Description & Focus | | --------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Full name** | Enter the **designated **first and last name of the new **administrator**. | | **Email** | Provide the primary **email **address the user will use to **authenticate **into the dashboard and receive system **notifications**. | | **Password** | Set an initial **temporary **password for the new **account**. | | **Role** | A selection matrix to **assign **the exact **permission **level for the user. Choosing the right role is critical for **security**. | | **Full Control** | Grants the ability to perform all **ordinary **and **extraordinary **system administration **operations**. | | **Editor** | Allows the user to **view **the entire **configuration **and reports, as well as **manage **protection policies and networks. | | **Policy Manager** | Permits the user to **view **the entire **configuration **and reports, but limits active management strictly to **protection **policies. | | **Read-only** | Restricts the user to only **viewing **the entire **configuration **and reports **without **the ability to make any **changes**. | | **Add** | The blue **button **at the bottom of the window to **confirm **the details and officially register the new team **member **in the **platform**. |
