Bright Box configuration

overview if you have not yet registered for the service, you can do so by visiting our registration page connect to the control panel by entering the ip address of the bright box router in the address bar of any browser then, log in by entering your administrative credentials configure the device dns first, you need to change the dns of the device to do this, click on the advanced tab at the top of the page and open the broadband settings menu in the window that appears, choose manual under the dns ip address section, and type our cloud ips into the specific fields respectively primary dns 185 236 104 104 secondary dns 185 236 105 105 click on the save settings button to apply the changes configure dynamic dns service to configure the dynamic dns service, open the system menu and click on ddns check the dynamic dns box and fill in the various fields exactly as follows provider select dyndns org domain name type in the domain flashstart com account and email enter the specific username assigned to your dynamic network inside our dashboard do not use your main registration email password and key enter the specific password assigned to your dynamic network click the save settings button to save the changes and force the synchronization enable the dhcp server at this point, you can enable the dhcp server to automatically distribute network parameters to your internal network devices open the dhcp menu and enable the dhcp server item choose a lease time and enter the first and last ip address of your local dhcp range the dhcp server will distribute the local ip of the router as the only dns for your clients this will not cause any problems since our cloud ips have already been configured as the primary dns of the router itself, ensuring all outbound network traffic is correctly routed and filtered
