Dynamic Networks
Navigate to the sidebar menu: Deployments > Networks Overview and select the Dynamic Networks tab in the top navigation bar.
Overview
The Dynamic Networks module is designed for residential or small business connections where the Public IP address changes periodically. If your Internet Service Provider assigns you a new IP address every time your router restarts, you must use this section to ensure your filtering protection remains active and connected to the correct location.
This section manages networks that are automatically updated in two ways: through our internal Dynamic DNS service using specific credentials, or through a third-party Dynamic DNS service using your own custom domain.
Interface Overview
The interface is divided into two main areas: the top control bar and the main list view.
Top Controls
Use these tools to manage the list creation and navigation.

Search Bar | Allows you to quickly filter the list to find a specific network by searching for its Name. |
Filters | Opens advanced filtering options to narrow down your network list based on specific criteria. |
+ Add network | The blue button on the right opens the configuration wizard to register a new dynamic connection in the system. |
List View
The main workspace displays a list of all authorized dynamic networks. Use this table to monitor and manage your connections.
Interface Element | Description & Focus |

Type | Displays an icon indicating the structure of the dynamic network setup. |
Name | A custom name to identify the location like Home Office or Retail Store. Clicking this name opens the detailed settings. |
Current IP address | The most recently detected and synchronized Public IPv4 address for this location. |
Other info | Displays additional configuration details related to the specific dynamic update method. |
Policies | Shows the specific Policy assigned to this connection. Clicking the policy name usually links directly to its configuration. |
Note | Optional description or internal notes regarding this setup. |
Actions | Access the menu to edit the network details or delete the configuration entirely. |
Configuration & Logic
Using the Filters Tool
Just like in the static section, the Filters button is a great way to organize your dynamic configurations. Clicking it opens a dropdown menu divided into two specific tabs:
- Type Tab: Allows you to isolate specific setup methods. You can check the boxes to display only standard Dynamic IPs or Third-party Dynamic DNS configurations.
- Status Tab: Helps you monitor the synchronization health of your networks. You can filter the list to easily find configurations that are Out of sync, perfectly Synced, or those that have been created but Never used.
If you ever need to view your entire list again, simply click the Clear all filters button located at the bottom of the menu.
Creating a New Network
To authorize a new dynamic location, click the blue + Add networkbutton on the right side of the page.

Managing Existing Networks
Once a network is created, you may need to modify its assigned policies or check its update status.
- Action: Click directly on the Network Name in the list.
- Result: This will open the Network Detail Page, where you can manage the specific rules and see the latest IP synchronization logs.
