## Overview

This guide is intended to help Engenius SD-WAN Router ESG users integrate a security and content filter solution with our cloud servers. Once you have your router managed through Engenius Cloud, you will be ready for its configuration.

## Enable Engenius DDNS

First, navigate to the configuration section of your **Engenius Cloud**, select **Gateway**, and then click on **Interfaces**.

Enable the **Engenius DDNS** feature and assign a recognizable name to your device, for example, the word Firstdevice. Check that the changes have been applied correctly from the general panel of the Gateway before proceeding to the next step.

## Configure the Cloud Dashboard

Go to your filtering dashboard to link the router. You must add your network using the exact same domain name that you have previously set up in your Engenius Gateway DDNS settings.

In case the system is unable to resolve your public IP address immediately, please wait a few minutes for the DNS records to propagate correctly across the global network.

## Assign the Filter DNS

Go back to your Engenius Gateway panel and assign our primary and secondary DNS addresses to your network:

- **Primary DNS:** 185.236.104.104
- **Secondary DNS:** 185.236.105.105

Apply the changes to distribute the new DNS settings to your connected devices.

## Verification

Go back to your filtering dashboard and check the network status. You should now see your Engenius SD-WAN router successfully synchronized, meaning your network traffic is actively protected by the filter.
