Hyper-V Virtual Machine import
Download the Hyper-V virtual machine image from the following link: Microsoft Hyper-V virtual machine.
» Open the Hyper-V management console and right-click the name of your machine. » Click "Import virtual machine...." » Click [Browse...] and select the path where the virtual machine's file folder is located. Then click [Next]. » Click [Next]. » Choose "Copy virtual machine (create new unique ID)" to create a new virtual machine. Continue with [Next]. » Select the location where you want to store the virtual machine files. Alternatively, you can leave the default values and click [Next]. » Choose the path where you want to place the virtual hard disk for the new virtual machine. » You should see an error because the name of the virtual switch used during the export process does not exist on your Hyper-V host. » Use the drop-down menu next to "Connection": to choose the virtual switch you wish to associate with the new virtual machine. » Click [Finish] to start the virtual machine import and wait for the restore process.
If the import process fails: » Create a new virtual machine. » When prompted, choose "Generation 1". » In the "Connect Virtual Hard Drive" section, select "Use an existing virtual hard drive." » Navigate to the location where the dnsproxy.vhdx file is stored (you can find it in the DnsProxy_HypervDnsProxyVirtual Hard Disks folder). » Complete the creation process.
