**Read the following steps:**

**NOTE:** This function is available only for dealers.

- Log with your credentials to [https://cloud.flashstart.com/](https://cloud.flashstart.com/).
- Click on \[Customers] and then \[Customer List].
- Click on the magnifying glass symbol, right of the Customers's name.
- Click on the pencil symbol, next to the Customer's email, and enter the new email address.
- Confirm by clicking \[Proceed].

**WARNING:** This procedure will also modify the email address linked to Customer's dynamic network (if any) so, to avoid connection issues, you've to change the email on Customer's Router/Firewall.
