**Follow these steps:**

**NOTE:** This function is available only for dealers and direct end-users.

- Log with your credentials to [https://cloud.flashstart.com/](https://cloud.flashstart.com/).
- Open *My profile* menu.
- Replace your old email with the new one, next to *E-mail* field.
- Click on \[Modify] and then \[Proceed] to complete the operation.

**WARNING:** This process will also modify the email address linked to your dynamic network (if any) so, to avoid connection issues, you've to change the email on your Router/Firewall.
