## Configuration Guide: FRITZ!Box 7690

To access via browser type: fritz.box

Password: **insist3974**

If it is the first access, connect the PC client via LAN cable.

## DNS over TLS

To confirm the activation of the service, you will need to have registered a phone number on which to confirm the option remotely, or have direct/physical access to the FRITZ!Box device.

- **Path:** Internet > Account Information > DNS Server > DNS over TLS

- Check the box to enable Encrypted name resolution on the Internet.
- Check the box to Force a certificate check for encrypted name resolution on the Internet.

If you need to force communication solely via DoT, deselect the highlighted checkbox: Allow fallback to unencrypted name resolution on the Internet.

In the Resolution names of the DNS servers field, enter the address obtained from the FlashStart Cloud platform.
