If you have already unblocked the domain from your dashboard, the changes you have made may take a while to be applied. So, we suggest waiting a few minutes, after which clear your Browser's cache and try again to open the desired site.

If the problem persists here are some tips that can help you solve it:

- Verify that the domain is not blocked, either by system category or under geoblocking.
To check this, use the[ List Search tool](docId\:BrZFDNNVwVOOPuPUiZ8TM) from your panel.
If the domain should be blocked, you will need to add it to the Personal Whitelist on the Protection page.
- Trying to resolve the domain using **nslookup (cmd)** via the following commands:
  *-nslookup iltuodomain*
For example to resolve amazon.com the command will be:
  -nslookup amazon.com

**PLEASE NOTE**: enter only the domain, without http/https.
If the command returns 185.236.107.107 it means the domain is filtered, so add it within your *Personal Whitelist*.
If "Non-existent Domain" or "DNS request timed out" is displayed, please open a support ticket.

- Try entering the domain in the **Personal Whitelist** to unblock possible CDNS and domains related to it es (aliases or third level domains).

Wait a few minutes, clear your Browser cache, and try logging back in. Check traffic logs using the following tools, both located within the search menu:

- **Historical data**: daily log, by time slot
- **Real-time analysis**: real-time traffic for the last few minutes

Both tools allow you to view visited domains, specifying whether or not they have been blocked by filters.

- Through the advanced tools es (on Chrome click other tools -> Developer Tools -> Network) it will be possible to view all the domains used by the site to load different resources.

If there should be blocked domains (in red), *add them to the*** Personal Whitelist**.
