Sometimes there may be problems using Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube on Smart TV (while they may work properly on PC or mobile devices).

In fact, these services are not blocked by our filters, but by the *streaming services themselves for geographical reasons*.

To solve this problem, you can use *the cache bypass feature*, *available after installing and configuring the DNS Proxy Virtual Machine* (click here to see the guide) in your network.

Log in to your Cloud panel using your credentials and then open the *Local DNS Cache menu*.

Now click *Cache Bypass* and enter the following domains:
 <font color="#ff361d">
</font>
nflxext.com
nflxso.net
edgesuite.net
nflxvideo.net
llnwd.net
nflximg.com
netflix.com
nflximg.net

<font color="#ff361d">
</font>
aiv-cdn.net
aiv-cdn.net.c.footprint.net
aiv-delivery.net
amazonvideo.com
atv-ext.amazon.com
atv-ps.amazon.com
d25xi40x97liuc.cloudfront.net
dmqdd6hw24ucf.cloudfront.net
media-amazon.com
primevideo.com

<font color="#ff361d">
</font>
youtubei.googleapis.com
ytstatic.l.google.com
ytimg.l.google.com
youtube-ui.l.google.com
youtube.com
ytimg.com
googlevideo.com
youtube-nocookie.com
youtu.be
youtube-ui.l.google.com
youtubeeducation.com
youtubei.googleapis.com
yt3.ggpht.com
ytimg.com

In this way, the *DNS Proxy will use Google DNS* to *resolve the domains and subdomains listed above*, and the Smart TV can connect without any problem.
