## Will DNS filtering stop during the migration?

**No. **Throughout the entire migration process, DNS filtering will continue to work normally, with **no service interruptions.**

## When will it be possible to start the migration from the Legacy platform to the new platform?

The migration is already possible. On the **Legacy Platform**, a **banner** is available, allowing you to start the migration.

## Which licenses will be migrated?

**All licenses** will be migrated. The only requirement is that the** license must be valid.**

## Can a customer without active licenses at Go-Live be imported and enabled for migration later?

**Yes.** For the entire duration of the Legacy panel, migration authorization can also be **granted after Go-Live.**

## What happens if a customer with an expired license activates a new license after the Legacy panel End of Life?

If a customer used the Legacy panel in the past, was not active at the time of Go-Live, and **activates a license after the Legacy End of Life**, the customer will be **treated as a new customer.** It will **not be possible to migrate configurations** previously created on the Legacy panel.

## What happens if an MSP/provider with a partial migration registers and activates a license for a new customer?

The customer will be **registered on the Legacy panel** and enabled for migration.
The dealer will be able to **migrate the configuration immediately**, without creating networks on the Legacy panel.

## Is it possible to migrate without synchronizing configurations or to choose what to migrate?

There is **no option to select which configurations to migrate**, while **reports can be selected.**

The migration **synchronizes all configurations** that are active on the customer at the time of migration, and it is **not possible to choose **specific configurations. If the customer does not want certain configurations to be synchronized, they must **remove them from the Legacy panel.** If the customer wants to **start from scratch** on the new panel, **all configurations must be removed** from the Legacy panel. For **reports**, however, the user can choose during the migration process whether to import them along with the configurations.

## For resellers/MSPs, is it necessary to migrate all customers at once?

**No**, you can migrate** one customer at a time**. However, all accounts must be migrated by **April 30**, which is the final migration date to the new platform.

## For resellers/MSPs, is it possible to access both platforms?

**Yes**. Resellers/MSPs using both the Legacy platform and New platform 2026 will see **two main menus** in the **customer area**, one for each platform.
