Personal BlackLists

The BlackListing system allows the user to manually enter domains that will be blocked even if they are located within a browsable category.

Ability to both BlackList certain domains in the current profile and make them unavailable in any user profile.

Ability, once the domain to be blocked is written, to specify the category of the address as well as an optional comment. Otherwise, you can skip this process by blocking the domain without putting it in a category.
