please note that this migration documentation is continuously being updated and expanded to reflect the latest platform improvements and newly supported configurations last update 14 february 2026 overview while your account is in the transition phase, you can inspect the exact status and technical details of how your legacy configurations are being transferred to the new platform how to access the logs to view the migration details, locate the yellow "migration panel read only" banner at the top of your dashboard instead of clicking the main button, click the document icon located right next to the go to migration go to migration button understanding the logs dashboard the policy migration logs page provides a comprehensive table detailing the transfer of your settings you can use the search bar at the top to quickly find a specific policy name or id the table includes the following information interface element focus & description migration id a unique alphanumeric identifier for that specific transfer process entity the name of the policy or configuration being migrated (e g , default ) migration result the current status of the main policy transfer (e g , completed ) migration log click the "view log" button to read the detailed technical output of the transfer linked entities result the migration status of the elements attached to the main policy (such as specific blocklists, schedules, or exceptions) linked entities log click the "go to linked entities" button to view the logs for those associated elements this tool is especially useful for verifying that complex, multi layered policies have been mapped and imported seamlessly
