To configure the DNS on your external interface, please proceed as follows:

Enter the dedicated DNS 185.236.104.104 and click on Save.

The DDNS configuration is fully functional, but please note that the provider dyndns.org is not currently supported by Ruijie. Should your chosen provider be different, please proceed as follows:

Select the desired service provider and the interface on which to apply the service.

Enter the specific username assigned to your dynamic network inside our dashboard. Do not use your main registration email.

Enter the specific password assigned to your dynamic network.

Click on Log In to force the synchronization.

To force the network to redirect all DNS traffic to our secure servers, the following steps can be taken:

Enter the dedicated DNS 185.236.104.104 and click Save.

To enforce strict access control on DNS forwarding, please proceed as follows:

Select Add to reach the new configuration menu.

In the popup window that opens, check the DNS box and click OK to apply the rule.
