## Overview

Transitioning your account to the **New Platform 2026** begins with a simple click. The process is designed to be safe, and your DNS protection will remain active and uninterrupted throughout the entire procedure.

Here is how to initiate the transition:

## Locate the Migration Banner

Log into your current legacy dashboard. If your account is eligible for the upgrade, you will see a yellow banner at the top of the screen indicating **"Migration Panel - Read Only"**.

While you see this initial banner, your account is still fully located within the old system, just locked from edits to prevent configuration conflicts.

## Initiate the Process

To begin, click the blue **"Go to Migration"** button on the right side of the yellow banner.

### The Transition State 

As soon as you click the button, your account enters a temporary **transition state**.

Please be aware of the following changes during this phase:

- **Account Visibility:** Your account will temporarily "disappear" and will no longer be visible or manageable from the standard Legacy Cloud interface.
- **Updated Banner:** The top banner will update, and the blue button will now say **"Go to migration confirmation"**.
- **Active Protection:** Do not worry, your DNS protection is still 100% active. You are simply in a pending state waiting for your final review.

You are now ready to verify your data and finalize the move.
