Static Networks
Navigate to the sidebar menu: Deployments > Networks and select the Static Networks tab in the top navigation bar.
Overview
The Static Networks module is designed for networks that connect to the internet via a fixed, unchanging Public IP address. This is the standard configuration for most business fiber connections and dedicated server environments. This section now consolidates single IP addresses, IP address ranges, and CIDR blocks into one unified view. Ranges can include only IPv4 addresses.
How it works: You authorize a specific IP address like 87.1.242.225. The system then recognizes any DNS request coming from that IP and applies your security policy.
Interface Overview
The interface is divided into two main areas: the top control bar and the main list view.
Top Controls
Use these tools to manage the list creation and navigation.

Filters | Opens advanced filtering options to narrow down your network list based on specific criteria. |
+ Add network | The blue button on the right opens the configuration wizard to register a new static IP in the system. |
List View
The main workspace displays a list of all authorized static networks. Use this table to monitor and manage your connections.
Interface Element | Description & Focus |

Status | A green dot indicates the network is active and correctly configured. |
Name | A name to identify the location (e.g., "HQ Office", "Milan Branch"). Clicking this name opens the detailed settings. |
IP Address | The specific Public IPv4 address authorized for this location. |
Policies | Shows the specific Policy assigned to this IP. Clicking the policy name usually links directly to its configuration. |
Note | Optional description or internal notes regarding this connection. |
Actions | Use the Pencil Icon to edit the network details (e.g., change the policy) or the Trash Can Icon to delete the network. |
Configuration & Logic
Using the Filters Tool
Since all static network types are now grouped in a single view, the Filters button is essential for organizing your list. Clicking it opens a dropdown menu divided into two specific tabs:
- Type Tab: Allows you to isolate specific network structures. You can check the boxes to display only Static IPs, Static CIDRs, or Static Ranges.
- Status Tab: Helps you monitor the operational state of your configurations. You can filter the list to show only Active networks or quickly find incomplete setups by selecting No policies associated.
If you ever need to view your entire list again, simply click the Clear all filters button located at the bottom of the menu.
Creating a New Network
To authorize a new location, click the blue + Add network button on the right side of the page. Since this process involves specific configuration steps (entering the IP, validating the agent, and assigning policies), we have created a dedicated guide to walk you through it.

Managing Existing Networks
Once a network is created, you may need to modify its assigned policies or DNS settings.
- Action: Click directly on the Network Name (e.g., "first network") in the list.
- Result: This will open the Network Detail Page, where you can manage the specific policies and DNS servers associated with that location.

This method only works if your Internet Service Provider (ISP) has assigned you a Static Public IP. If your IP address changes when you restart your router (Dynamic IP), you must use the Dynamic IPs or Third-party DDNS tabs instead, otherwise, your protection will stop working unexpectedly.
