Why can't I add a network?

The number of networks allowed depends on the type and number of licenses assigned to the client. There are two possibilities:

1. Location with multiple Internet lines

In this case it is necessary to open a support ticket (see bottom of the page).

2. Customer with multiple locations: it will be necessary to assign a license for each location.

Ex: Suppose we have a company structured as follows: -Location A: 100 employees. -Location B: 10 employees. -Location C: 5 employees. Therefore, to filter all locations it will be necessary to assign three different licenses to the same client of 100, 10 and 5 named users (all people working within the company), respectively. PLEASE NOTE: If a single license has already been assigned as the sum of the users of the various locations, open a support ticket to handle the issue.
