Change customer account email

Read the following steps: NOTE: This function is available only for dealers. » Log with your credentials to https://cloud.flashstart.com/. » Click on [Customers] and then [Customer List]. » Click on the magnifying glass symbol, right of the Customers's name. » Click on the pencil symbol, next to the Customer's email, and enter the new email address. » Confirm by clicking [Proceed].
WARNING: This procedure will also modify the email address linked to Customer's dynamic network (if any) so, to avoid connection issues, you've to change the email on Customer's Router/Firewall.
