Cloud Bulk licensing

To assign Cloud Bulk licenses to end clients, simply proceed as follows. Click on the appropriate menu item Licenses > Cloud Bulk Licenses > Assign Licenses to Customers. Select the customer from the drop-down menu by clicking in the text box. After selecting it, click on the [CONTINUE] button.



Licenses will have a value in Coins as described below: » Businesses and Public Administration: 1 nominal user equals 1 Coin. » Schools and Education: 5 nominal users equals 1 Coin.

For example, assuming we have a business with 50 employees, 50 Coins will be scaled, one for each user.

Similarly, for a school with 1,000 students, to get the number of Coins to be scaled, simply divide the number of nominal users (in this case 1,000) by 5, then 200 Coins will be deducted.

» Wifi Hotspot Areas: the area in square meters will be considered without taking into account the number of users.



If this is the first time Bulk licenses are assigned to a client, they will be activated on the main location. PLEASE NOTE: If the client has multiple locations, it will be necessary to repeat the assignment procedure for the other locations.

Finally, in the summary window click on [CONFIRM] to complete the assignment.
