overview this guide is intended to help engenius sd wan router esg users integrate a security and content filter solution with our cloud servers once you have your router managed through engenius cloud, you will be ready for its configuration enable engenius ddns first, navigate to the configuration section of your engenius cloud, select gateway , and then click on interfaces enable the engenius ddns feature and assign a recognizable name to your device, for example, the word flashstart check that the changes have been applied correctly from the general panel of the gateway before proceeding to the next step configure the cloud dashboard go to your filtering dashboard to link the router you must add your network using the exact same domain name that you have previously set up in your engenius gateway ddns settings in case the system is unable to resolve your public ip address immediately, please wait a few minutes for the dns records to propagate correctly across the global network assign the filter dns go back to your engenius gateway panel and assign our primary and secondary dns addresses to your network primary dns 185 236 104 104 secondary dns 185 236 105 105 apply the changes to distribute the new dns settings to your connected devices verification go back to your filtering dashboard and check the network status you should now see your engenius sd wan router successfully synchronized, meaning your network traffic is actively protected by the filter
