How do I unlock a website?
If you have already unblocked the domain from your dashboard, the changes you have made may take a while to be applied. So, we suggest waiting a few minutes, after which clear your Browser's cache and try again to open the desired site. If the problem persists here are some tips that can help you solve it: » Verify that the domain is not blocked, either by system category or under geoblocking. To check this, use the List Search tool from your panel. If the domain should be blocked, you will need to add it to the Personal Whitelist on the Protection page. » Trying to resolve the domain using nslookup (cmd) via the following commands: -nslookup iltuodomain For example to resolve amazon.com the command will be: -nslookup amazon.com PLEASE NOTE: enter only the domain, without http/https. If the command returns 185.236.107.107 it means the domain is filtered, so add it within your Personal Whitelist. If "Non-existent Domain" or "DNS request timed out" is displayed, please open a support ticket.
