Is it possible to customize the filter block page?

Yes, our system allows you to customize the block page by allowing you to change your logo, text, image that will appear on the screen, etc. To edit the stop page you need to click on the tools in the top right corner of the dashboard panel (wrench icon). Possible issues: » If the stop page does not open and the browser shows an error message, it is possible that the packet is not reaching the destination host so there may be a routing problem. » To check whether this is the cause of the problem, open the command prompt (cmd) and run the following command: -tracert 185.236.107.107 » If problems are found, open a support ticket and send the tracer result. » When images regarding the stop page are uploaded, verify that you have correctly adhered to the maximum allowed size and formats. »The system also allows you to customize the stop page for each profile created on the account. However in case of networks with multiprofiles, the stop page that will open will always be the one associated with the default profile. »Should a blocking message appear in the browser, check the network for third-party filters. If so, we suggest disabling these filters so that there are no conflicts with third-party filters. If the problem has not been resolved, please open a support ticket by clicking here.
