Block Page customization
Overview
The customization editor allows you to configure the exact content displayed to users when their access to a website is blocked. The interface is divided into two sections: the left side contains the control panels with toggles and text fields, while the right side features a live Preview that updates in real-time to display the final layout.
Customization Options
Use the following controls to build your stop page:
Element | Description & Focus |
|---|---|
Title | Enable the toggle and use the drop-down menu to select the main page title (e.g., the customer name or policy name). |
Image | Choose the central graphic element. You can retain the system's Default image or select an alternative from the drop-down list. |
Message | Enter the primary warning text (e.g., "This website has been blocked by your administrator."). |
Description | Provide additional details or operational instructions for the user (e.g., "If you believe this is an error, contact your administrator."). |
Show blocked domain | Activate this toggle to dynamically display the exact web address (URL) of the restricted site on the block screen. |
Show block reason | Display the specific reason that triggered the block (e.g., Blocked category, geoblocking, blocklist and so on). |
Enable unblock requests (SOON) | This feature will redirect the users to a dedicated form to request domain recategorization and unblocking directly from administrators. Note: This functionality is currently in development and is not clickable yet. |
Fields completed on the stop page (e.g., Title or Description) will not be translated when the language is changed; instead, they will remain in the language selected at the time of configuration.
Saving Your Layout
After verifying that the live preview on the right meets your requirements, click the blue Save changes button located at the bottom left to apply and permanently store your modifications.
Next Steps: Policy Association
Once your custom block page is saved, it must be assigned to an active filtering rule to take effect.
