Block Page

Navigate to the sidebar menu: Protection > Policies, open a Standard Policy or Restricted Policy, and select the Block Page tab in the top navigation bar.
Overview
After creating a custom layout or setting up a redirect rule, you must associate the configuration with a security profile. The "Block Page" tab within the individual Policy settings allows you to define exactly what the end user will see when the filter intervenes.
You can assign only a single Block Page to a specific Policy. The system does not support assigning multiple block templates simultaneously to the same profile.
Configuring the Block Action
You have two primary options for handling requests blocked by the filter:
- Use a block page: By selecting this radio button, the system will intercept the blocked navigation and display the configured block page instead of the original content. Use the drop-down menu to select the specific template (e.g., Default block page or a previously created custom layout) to apply.
- NX Response (domain not found): By choosing this alternative, the system will respond to the request by simulating that the requested domain does not exist. The user will not see any graphical warning page; they will only experience a standard browser generic error.
