Cloud Box Overview
Navigate to the sidebar menu: Deployments > Cloud Box. This will open the main dashboard for managing your virtual machines (cloud box).
Overview
The Cloud Box is an advanced feature designed for Microsoft Active Directory integration and complex network environments. The system relies on a virtual machine that acts as a caching system, sitting between your network clients and our infrastructure.
From the cloud dashboard, you can define roles and decide which policies to use without accessing the virtual machine. The system handles the associations automatically.
To proceed with the installation via the Download Software button, we always suggest downloading and using the ISO format. Installing via ISO is the most stable and recommended method. Only if this option causes problems, we advise using the first download option available in the drop-down menu.
Understanding Cloud Box Features
Complex network environments require granular management. Use the top navigation bar to switch between the different configurations of your Cloud Box.
