New Cloud Box
Navigate to the sidebar menu: Deployments > Cloud Box and ensure you are on the Cloud Box tab than click + Add Cloud Box button.
Overview
To register a new Cloud Box in your network, you must complete a simple three-step configuration wizard. This process links your virtual machine to the cloud panel.
Step 1
In this first phase, you will define the basic identity of your new virtual machine.

Cloud Box Name | Enter a recognizable name for your Cloud Box to easily identify it in your list. |
Notes | Add any optional details to help you manage this specific setup later. |
Next | Click the blue button to save these details and proceed to the authentication setup. |
Step 2
Here you need to create the specific login details required to connect your Cloud Box software to the cloud platform.

Username | Choose a unique username dedicated entirely to this machine connection. |
Password | Set a secure password, you can click the eye icon to reveal the text and ensure you typed it correctly. |
Next | Click the blue button to continue to the final step. |
Step 3
The final step requires assigning a base security level.

Default policy | Use the drop-down menu to select the policy that will be applied by default. This is the catch-all policy applied by default by the users of the Cloud Box for all calls if nothing else is defined. |
Add Cloud Box | Once you have selected the policy, click this final button to complete the setup and register your new Cloud Box. |
After clicking the final button, your new Cloud Box will appear in the main list with a Pending status. This status indicates that the system is not synchronizing, and it will remain so until you install the software and it successfully connects to the network using the credentials you just created.
